How does coaching work?
There is two ways of coaching: coaching during the trainings and paired up coaching.
Be a coach during the Bike Experience:
- You help our trainer during the practical part by closing the group
- You talk and exchange with new cyclists during the drink to answer to their questions about biking and the coaching
- You accompany bikers back home after the Bike Experience
Paired up coaching:
- We put you in contact with a new cyclist near you.
- Depending on the routes that your biker wants to take, you create an appropriate itinerary.
- You accompany him/her on 3 trips to give him/her confidence and advice.
How to become a coach?
- Training: Join us for a short training course and get invaluable tips for coaching a novice cyclist.
- Bike Experience: Join a training, coach a group led by our instructors and meet the bikers over a drink. If you like, you can cycle home together with a novice cyclist after the event
