Your “bike trial” package

In this bike trial project, we are doing our utmost to provide you with the best possible cycling experience.

Pro Velo’s trials therefore include:

Theoretical and practical training to help you feel at ease in traffic.
A bike
Insurance for theft.
A quality lock and the option to buy a helmet and saddlebags.
A 10% discount on all our items in the shop.
Support from the team throughout the project.

The bike being trialled

For 2 weeks, try out a fully equipped Oxford bike.

Pro Velo has selected a bike from the Belgian brand Oxford for you.
This model of electric bicycle is equipped with a central Bosch motor in the pedal axle, offering the best riding comfort.
These bikes are equipped with a lock, a helmet, a waterproof bag and a vest.
We can add a number of child seats on request.

Participation conditions

You must to complete the free theoretical training (reminder of the highway code and technical reminder for bicycles) organised as part of the trial and provided by Pro Velo.
You must complete a free practical training course (safe driving in the streets of your community) organised by Pro Velo as part of the trial process.
When electric bikes are provided, you go home with the bike.
You must store the bicycle in a locked, enclosed and covered storage area at night between 10pm and 6am.
You are covered against theft under the terms and conditions of the project.
Participating in the project implies that you accept the terms and conditions.

PLEASE NOTE

Before applying, make sure you can attend the requested days and times, as you cannot attend the course or return the bike at another time. A family member or friend can return the bike for you.

The trial also includes an evaluation at the end of the test period and an evaluation 6 months later.
