Bike Talks

For the first time, Pro Velo is organising “Bike Talks ” with its bike partners. Whatsit? They are differnent themed meetings of about 2 hours about bike trips that allow you to answer these questions: how do I choose my route? What equipment should I bring? Where do I sleep and eat? What route planning tools are there? What budget should I anticipate? Bike trips: are they for me? Which bike should I choose?

Bike Talks: meetings about bike trips in Brussels

For the first time, Pro Velo is organising “Bike Talks ” with its bike partners. Whatsit? They are different themed meetings of about 2 hours about bike trips that allow you to answer these questions: how do I choose my route? What equipment should I bring? Where do I sleep and eat? What route planning tools are there? What budget should I anticipate? Bike trips: are they for me? Which bike should I choose?

And all of that, of course, depends on different situations: adult, family, small budget or solo women. At each Bike Talk, Pro Velo and its partners will share with you all their rich knowledge of practical and technical advice, followed by stories from bike riders. You will also be offered a practical portion with workshops on bike mechanics (beginners’ level) or even testing touring bikes, for example...each Bike Talk has its own special feature.

Practical Information

It lasts for 2 hours maximum. The Bike Talks mostly take place on a Wednesday evening. The meetings are given in French, but our speakers can answer questions in Dutch or English. Reservation is compulsory.
